2. Scope
These Terms apply to all B2B sales and coaching services provided by Camilla Wett Coaching (“the Company”) to professional clients (“the Client”), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Services
The Company provides professional coaching and related services as agreed in writing between the Parties.
4. Prices and Payment
- Prices are in DKK and exclude VAT unless specified.
- Payment terms: 14 days net.
- Late payments: interest according to the Danish Interest Act.
- The Company may suspend services in case of late payment.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Programs:
- You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing services from us. You must notify us within 14 days of your order if you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Notification must be sent by email to: info@camillawett.com
Session:
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be invoiced in full.
6. Confidentiality
Both Parties must maintain confidentiality regarding all exchanged business and personal information.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials remain the property of Camilla Wett Coaching. The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use only.
8. Data Protection
The Company processes personal data in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.camillawett.com/privacypolicy
9. Liability
The Company’s liability is limited to direct losses and capped at the total amount paid for the service. No liability for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Force Majeure
Neither Party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their control, including illness, IT failures, or government restrictions.
11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes shall be settled in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
